Privacy Policy
Private-test draft · Updated October 10, 2026. These documents describe the current test. Before public launch, the operator’s registered business name, business address, support/privacy email, and final retention schedule must be completed.
Information handled
- Guest identifiers and session tokens, declared gender, country preferences, IP-derived country, a hashed IP identifier, connection state, timestamps, and video connection signaling.
- Live camera/audio and chat exchanged with your partner. The current system does not routinely record or store whole video calls on our server.
- Partner snapshots and recent messages held temporarily in your browser for reporting. Submitted reports include the selected evidence, reason, description, guest references, and moderation actions.
- Payment order references, status, amount, and related ban-removal records. PayPal processes payment credentials.
- Device preferences and request information processed by hosting infrastructure, including IP addresses and technical logs.
Why and with whom
We use these data to connect guests, provide chat, remember preferences, enforce blocks and bans, investigate reports, protect the service, and verify payments. Your partner receives media and messages and may learn your public IP through WebRTC. Hosting uses Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare services; submitted evidence is available to authorized moderators. PayPal receives information needed for checkout. Infrastructure and providers may process data outside your country, including outside Israel. Final provider transfer arrangements and applicable legal bases must be documented before public launch.
Translation and real ad providers are not active. Any future third-party translation or advertising processing needs an updated notice and any required user choice before activation. The current implementation does not sell user data.
Retention in the current implementation
- Local report history clears on reload, closing, or restarting the session.
- Report screenshots expire after seven days; cleanup is activity-triggered and physical deletion may occur later.
- Guest cookies and guest record expiry are set to one year; expired guest cleanup is activity-triggered.
- Connection signals older than one hour, inactive match records older than 24 hours, and skip events older than 24 hours are eligible for activity-triggered cleanup.
- Report text and attached chat evidence, block records, ban records, payment records, and infrastructure logs do not yet have a fully configured deletion schedule. Final retention limits and deletion procedures must be implemented before launch.
Your choices and requests
You can stop a call, revoke browser camera/microphone permissions, or clear cookies and local storage. Clearing browser data does not delete submitted reports or server records. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw optional consent, and complain to the relevant privacy authority. Some data may need to be retained for legal obligations or safety investigations. Use the operator privacy contact once finalized; do not send identity documents through random chat.
Adults only
Under-18 users must not use Camzuno. If you believe a minor is using the service, report it and stop the conversation. The current test uses a self-declaration rather than verified age checks.
Operator and contact
Camzuno is operated by an Israel-based business. Registered legal name, address, and support/privacy contact: not yet finalized in this draft. A public contact channel must be provided before launch for privacy requests, ban appeals, and payment support.
