CamzunoPayments and Refunds

Current checkout mode
Integrated PayPal checkout is currently in Sandbox mode: use test buyer credentials and no real money is charged there. A separately displayed manual PayPal payment link may be a real payment link; always check the checkout environment and amount. Live automatic checkout is not yet enabled.
Optional early ban removal
An eligible temporary ban may offer early removal for US$4.99. You may instead wait for the 240-hour ban to expire without paying. Permanent bans and temporary bans marked ineligible cannot be removed by paying. The final amount and currency must be displayed before checkout; do not pay if they differ from the offer.
When access is restored
Automatic removal requires a verified successful payment tied to the correct guest and eligible ban. Manual-link payments require operator verification and are not instant. Paying does not remove another guest’s block, guarantee a particular match, or protect you from a new ban for new misconduct.
Refunds and payment problems
Contact the operator with the transaction reference for duplicate charges, an incorrect charge, or verified payment where eligible removal was not delivered. We will investigate and correct the problem or refund an undelivered eligible purchase as appropriate. Do not share card numbers or passwords. Any statutory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights remain available; this policy does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule. The support address, fulfillment process, and any legally required withdrawal disclosures must be finalized before real payments launch.
Operator and contact
Camzuno is operated by an Israel-based business. Registered legal name, address, and support/privacy contact: not yet finalized in this draft. A public contact channel must be provided before launch for privacy requests, ban appeals, and payment support.
